As part of the associated quality assurance process, Datasouth Consulting Services provides in-depth security infrastructure and process auditing, based on the internationally accepted ITIL standards.
Commissioned by Duncan Smith - CFO - the process entails analysis of functional in-place systems along with their associated administration. Assessment of the data-centre internal methodologies and adherence to operational policy was central to the discovery process, and provides the baseline for ongoing assessment. Contract definition and performance clause assessments were also made during the initial engagement and the referencing of relevant ITIL standards ensures that security administration remains a well regulated aspect of the information technology framework.
